They look like small blemishes, some skin coloured, some red with white points--they are now drying up and crusting over. I brought him to the pediatrician and he said it was baby acne--I am now noticing similar bumps on his arms and legs and torso?? Could it be an allergy of some sort? There is no fever or itchiness.
