Babies and Dogs and Cats

Posted In: baby care by Infant Care

Many families that have a baby, already have a dog, or are planning to get one in the near future. Some people argue that this can be a major problem, but some argue that it’s a good opportunity for the baby to get some exposure, both ideas are not right or wrong, just choose the one that you are most conferable with.

Your dog or cat will need to get used to the baby, let the dog smell your babies, or let your dog examine your baby for a while, this way the dog will see if they are harmful or just for them to get used to your baby, yes the baby may be a little scared, but it will be worth it in the long run, because the baby won’t be a scared with dogs or cats as if they don’t get any exposure to the dog or cat.

Pay some attention to your dog, yes you may be very preoccupied with your lovely new baby, but you should always give some attention to your dog, so that he feels that he isn’t left alone, this can be a boost so that your dog is still happy, which is a must to keep your household running.
