However, it is still important prevent over exposure to the sun and extreme swimming which raises your heart rate not in a normal range for pregnancy.

Kegel exercise

Kegel exercise is an exercise which improves the tone muscles of your pelvic region. It is a safe exercise for pregnant women because it helps their pelvic floor be prepared for physical stress which will happen on the later stage of pregnancy. After delivery, Kegel exercise is also recommend because it advances healing I the perineum, attain back the control of your bladder and strengthens the muscles of the pelvic floor.

Walking exercise

Walking is the simplest exercise any pregnant women can do right away. It is also the inexpensive exercise for pregnant women. Walking is a good exercise for the heart because it manages the heartbeat which makes you feel more alert. It is recommended that when you are dong this exercise, you should prevent steps which requires a lot of turning, leaping, jumping and spinning.

Yoga is a helpful exercise for pregnant women because it relaxes them, relieves stress, pressures and fatigue. Moreover, yoga brings about the proper breathing technique which is very helpful during labor. There are numerous yoga classes out there; you only have to contact them to attend their yoga session. Yoga is an excellent exercise which refreshes your overall health aspect such as your physical, mental, emotional and social aspect.
